Start BPO Viewer and select a BPO file to open using the menu "File->Open...":



Setup the configuration you want to save using the "Configuration Panel":



Choose the name and the location of the FBX file using the menu "File->Save As...":



Or choose the name and the location of the SKP file instead:

You can set the mesh quality by setting the right parameters using the "Options Dialog" before saving the file:
